As a Fastener Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company in the local market, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with hardware retailers, fabricators, and manufacturing units. Key Responsibilities: Field Sales: Conduct daily market visits to hardware shops, construction sites, and machine shops to introduce our fastener product range. Lead Generation: Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the customer base. Order Collection: Pitch products, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and close daily orders. Client Relationship: Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure timely delivery and payment collection. Market Reporting: Provide daily updates to the manager regarding market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback. Requirements: Education: Any Graduate, ITI, or Diploma (Mechanical/Civil background is a plus, but not mandatory). Experience: 0 to 1 year. Enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply. Skills: Good negotiation skills, confident speaking ability, and a go-getter attitude. Language: Fluency in the local language (Marathi/Hindi). Basic English is a plus. Mandatory: Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
